Lorenzo Snow was born in Mantua, Ohio. Eliza R. Snow, Lorenzo’s sister, was not born in this home but she did live here with her family.

The original home of Lorenzo Snow is still in Mantua Ohio, about 30 miles outside of Kirtland. Above is a picture of how the home currently looks. The lower floor on the right side is the original home that Lorenzo and his family lived in. The home is privately owned, not owned by the Church. People are welcome to see the home from the outside and there is a historical marker on the outside of the residency to view.
